My Family

The family that I have chosen to do is my own family, the Sholl family. my immediate family is myself, my husband Jake and our son Carter. But the family that I have chosen for this class is my extended family on my dad's side of the tree. We are all very close. I have my mom, dad, brother and sister and sister-in-law. My dad has three brothers that are all married with children, so I have 5 cousins. My grandparents are from Macedonia, so we have some Macedonian traditions that are still practiced.

What Family Means to me

I read a sign at a store the other day that said your family is the ones who know everything about you and still like you. They take the good with the bad no matter what. They are the ones you can depend on and that in return depend on you. Family can not only consist of your blood relatives, but also friends.
